Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 20% of the service total.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total balance.
If you cancel within the allowed timeframe (as stated above) the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date selected.
Lateness:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.
